How to be a good writer

You should first be a good man

And do as much as you can to build the right life
And conform to expectations this world has from you.

Then you can enjoy the rewards it has to offer,
Which are more than a few.

But first be the good man

And then

Let the pain
Leak from your pen.

the world has a lot of expectations...shouldn't it be left to the judgement of the person what he considers right?
many great authors did not conform to the standards of the society... a lot of them did not enjoy any rewards ... instead, suffered at the hands of society...
but yes...agree with the being good part...

Yes, but society rewards according to its expectations.

And this is just one of the ways, it would be more appropriate to title the post - "How to write on green".

that's an interesting view;
like Aviral asked what is the right life? I'd ask you to define "being good".
When I first read this post I thought you were mocking the way writers are looked upon.
but your positive outlook toward the reading audience should really be appreciated. :)

I dont know Gaurav you will read this post or not but believe me I hate you from the core of my heart. The word rejection come into my life just because of you. I was shocked to read this big big things but if you ask me I lost all my confidence just because of you. So please stop showing the world how good you are. According to me first being a good human being then and then a good writer.

Dear.. anonymous, I have read this.

I don't know who you are, but I am sorry for the pain I have caused you. I hope you are fine at the moment.

Indeed, being a good human is harder and more valuable than being a good writer.
